Leguan Lifts Oy appoints Simeri Estonia OÜ as a distributor for the Estonian market

Leguan Lifts expands co-operation with existing service partner to include sales in Estonia

As a result of successful after-sales partnership with Simeri Finland, Leguan Lifts has appointed Simeri Estonia to become the newest addition to the expanding group of Leguan distributors worldwide. Simeri Estonia, established in 2016, specialises in the sale, repair and maintenance of platform lifts.

“We are delighted to announce that we are now offering Leguan 125, 135 NEO, 165 and 190 manufactured in Finland. We are a representative of brands such as Genie, Snorkel, Yamei, Nagano, UGB, Innotech, Almac, Trojan Battery and Sumner in Estonia,” says Gert Kull, Sales Manager of the company, adding that the company’s main clients are rental and construction companies, industry and warehouses.

Rapid growth in the Estonian market

Simeri Estonia has grown rapidly in recent years, and today there are six men on the payroll and the company has a warehouse and maintenance shops both in Paide and Tallinn, where repairs, maintenance and painting are performed on a daily basis.

Company information

Simeri Estonia OÜ was established in cooperation with the Finnish company Simeri OY operating in 1995. Simeri OY has grown from a small family-owned company to today the largest forklift repair and maintenance company in Finland, employing nearly 100 people. Simeri Estonia’s team currently includes a sales manager, a workshop manager and four technicians. The entire team has undergone professional training on equipment for sale.

Leguan Lifts introduced the first self-propelled work platform equipped with outriggers already in 1994. This innovative MEWP concept – first of its kind – started the market for compact self-propelled aerial lifts. Today Leguan access platforms are sold in four continents – they are tested and in operation in the heat of Australia as well as in the cold of Lapland.
