Rapid growth in the Estonian market
Simeri Estonia has grown rapidly in recent years, and today there are six men on the payroll and the company has a warehouse and maintenance shops both in Paide and Tallinn, where repairs, maintenance and painting are performed on a daily basis.
“We are excited to welcome Simeri Estonia to the Leguan team. Their sales and mechanics team has completed the Leguan sales & service training program, and I am confident that they are the right partner for offering outstanding sales and aftersales support for the growing demand in the Baltic region,” comments Jori Mylläri, Export Manager of Leguan Lifts.
Simeri Estonia OÜ was established in cooperation with the Finnish company Simeri OY operating in 1995. Simeri OY has grown from a small family-owned company to today the largest forklift repair and maintenance company in Finland, employing nearly 100 people. Simeri Estonia’s team currently includes a sales manager, a workshop manager and four technicians. The entire team has undergone professional training on equipment for sale.
Leguan Lifts introduced the first self-propelled work platform equipped with outriggers already in 1994. This innovative MEWP concept – first of its kind – started the market for compact self-propelled aerial lifts. Today Leguan access platforms are sold in four continents – they are tested and in operation in the heat of Australia as well as in the cold of Lapland. All Leguan access platforms are manufactured in Ylöjärvi, Finland. Leguan Lifts is part of the Avant Tecno Group.
